Ladies Only Area

Minimize distractions. Maximize results. Enjoy the privacy of our ladies only gym – a 4,000 square foot beautifully appointed and fully equipped facility complete with a separate ladies service staff. Featuring a 1,500 square foot group fitness area and separate strength and cardio equipment, this fem-friendly space boasts all of the gym essentials.

Strength Training Area

Very spacious, this 9,000 square foot space features selectorized Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment and variable resistance machines set up in circuits, allowing you to effortlessly proceed from one piece of equipment to the next. Bands, cables, ropes, balls, mats, kettlebells, light dumbbells, medicine balls, and bosu balls all offer the potential to train better and smarter.

Group Fitness Area

Rubber coated free weights, dumbbells, camber bars, and straight bars, benches, racks, and the list goes on. You name it, we got it – all in one pristinely clean, rubber floored 4,000 square foot space

Free Childcare

Receive peace of mind while you work out. Free childcare is provided for children that are 6 weeks through 6 years. Your kids will receive plenty of attention from our trusted staff members!
