Improve core control, coordination, correct postural alignment and balance with the various Pilates exercises this class offers. There are 20 different movement phases, which are performed seated or while lying down. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing an efficient sequencing of movement. Pilates Mat classes are offered to all members at no cost and on a drop in basis.
