An active and healthy lifestyle isn’t just something I support, but also what I live day to day. My athletic endeavors have ranged from gymnastics to competitive soccer to backcountry traditional rock climbing and eventually becoming a teacher and trainer. Paralleling a love for movement, I have a passion for using food as medicine. My personal love of movement, nutrition, and a balanced life led me into a career in the wellness field. My experience ranges from teaching 100s of student’s at Clemson University in Yoga/Functional movement, one-on-one private training sessions in functional movement and corrective exercise, and training in gym settings. I love helping individuals discover that exercise, eating clean, having a healthy mindset, and feeling like the best version of themselves is attainable! I specialize in a range of clients including adolescents, athletes, seniors, trauma populations, addiction, and anywhere in between.
