It’s so easy to get rooted in routine.
Don’t get me wrong. Routine is all well and good. Structure is definitely important.
However, it’s just as important to branch out every now and again to challenge yourself in new ways.
Without challenge, there is no change. Without change, gym life gets pretty boring.
To counter potential boredom, I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, specifically your cardio comfort zone, as we embark upon this new year.
Too many gym goers settle again and again for the same cardio protocol. That’s great and all, but switch it up!
